We’ll evaluate how you feel, your symptoms, lifestyle, health history and goals to understand what is standing in the way between you, and your goals. Our coaching services are designed to address the root causes of your health and weight loss resistance using insights from functional lab work (when necessary) alongside a collaborative and personalized plan.

1:1 Health Coaching is an ongoing relationship where the timeline is designed by the goals you desire to achieve.

HEALTH & NUTRITION CONSULTATION

Are you unsure what is holding you back from achieving your health & fitness goals?

A health and nutrition consultation is meant for those who are confident in their own follow through but unsure of the ‘what to do’. We’ll review current lab work, evaluate your health history and audit your current approach to your goals to recommend adjustments to support stalled progress.

This is a one time meeting with the option to add follow up meetings at your chosen time line.

    NON-COACHING TRAINING PLANS

    5-7 week cycle depending on phase of training. Includes option to send videos for analysis of proper execution and understanding of how to execute properly for your body to see the most optimal results and minimize injury.

    VIRTUAL 1:1 TRAINING SESSIONS

    The goal of virtual personal training is to help you feel confident in the way you lift weights.
    Amanda will teach you:
    - How to best position your body and execute exercises for optimal results
    - Build your knowledge surrounding proper warm ups, intensity and exercise selection that’s best for you

    PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION (NAPERVILLE-BASED CLIENTS)

    Sessions have you understanding how to move your body to create the most optimized results. Some clients do this to get a little push on their own self training gym sessions, to help learn better positioning, improve intensity, create accountability, or to help with an injury or chronic pain.
