AVOCADO CACAO PUDDING

This avocado cacao pudding is a 5 ingredient dessert masterpiece! Whip up this thick and creamy avocado pudding in minutes.  A delicious paleo, gluten free, vegan and dairy free dessert!

How to make:

This avocado chocolate pudding is thrown together in only a few minutes. There is no ingredient prep, except to quickly peel and scoop out the avocado. Everything is put into your blender or food processor or if you don’t have one, you can even use a hand held mixer, your hands, a fork!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium super ripe avocados , peeled, pitted and scooped out

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cacao or cocoa powder (really not much difference here)

  • ¼ cup sweetener of choice (honey, pure maple syrup, agave nectar, etc., I’ll even use liquid stevia or monk fruit but in a smaller dose and slowly added to check sweetness)

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond, oat or cashew milk

  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients, until smooth, in a blender, food processor or using a hand held mixer or your hands or fork. I recommend chilling for an hour or two first, then enjoy!

  • To store, cover tightly and put in the fridge for up to 4 days.

  • You can freeze for an icy treat and even add a little more milk for a lighter consistency and make into popsicles!
